Method 1. If personalization TEMPLATE is ready, choose the size and color, enter the text to customize into the text boxes, preview and add to cart.
Method 2. If template is NOT ready, follow steps below:
- Firstly, add to cart
- Go to the cart page, where there is a text box, specify the copy (e.g. Name, date, quotes) to personalize. If you have more than one order to personalize, please specify the product number accordingly.
Complete the order with payment.
Custom-Made Order
Follow the custom-made TEMPLATE of one of our custom-made products, preview if all the information is ready (*note that this is not the final design), add to cart, and complete the order with payment.
In case you have more than one attachment to send to us, please complete the order and email us quoting the order#! Our Customer Service team will follow up with you within 24 hours.
*Please be sure that every Custom-made order will be followed by a design layout confirmation from ADVPRO through email within 24 hours and we will proceed with production upon receipt of the confirmation immediately.
