HOW TO USE:
1. Gently unpack your neon sign and remove the protective film and bubble wraps before use.
2. Install your sign against a wall (stick hook not included).
3. Plug the USB cable to a USB port or adaptor (power adaptor not included).
4. Your neon sign is ready to shine. Enjoy!
Make sure the USB port or Adaptor is with output: 5V/1A. Higher voltage output may cause LED light flashing and product damage.
Do not use in wet or damp conditions. Indoor use only.

Method 2. If template is NOT ready, follow steps below:
- Firstly, add to cart
- Go to the cart page, where there is a text box, specify the copy (e.g. Name, date, quotes) to personalize. If you have more than one order to personalize, please specify the product number accordingly.
Complete the order with payment.

Follow the custom-made TEMPLATE of one of our custom-made products, preview if all the information is ready (*note that this is not the final design), add to cart, and complete the order with payment.
In case you have more than one attachment to send to us, please complete the order and email us quoting the order#! Our Customer Service team will follow up with you within 24 hours.
