For all Custom-Made orders, ADVPRO will send the final layout for confirmation through email. Please be expected the required delivery time should be counted from the next day upon all detail is confirmed*.
The same will apply to Personalized Products that instruction is not clear and require clarification with email after placing the order.
*The above-estimated shipping time is for delivery to the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada, with standard shipping. Please note that for certain countries, delivery could take longer due to delays in customs clearance, as well as import duties/taxes/fees clearance.

Taxes
Import duties/taxes/fees may be applied for your destination country, please be aware of the related potential fees which are NOT INCLUDED in our shipping fees, and therefore, the buyer is responsible for the related fee where applicable.
Different country has different customs law, tax rates and rules on imported goods, we suggest buyers to check the import tax rules and rate of your destination country (if applicable) before placing an order. If the package is detained by the customs of the destination country, the buyer is responsible for the clearance, including the VAT and the import duty.
